Hierax pieces are designed with a unisex oversized, boxy fit — dropped shoulders and a relaxed silhouette. If you prefer a more true-to-size look, we recommend sizing down. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.

Every product page includes a full measurement chart (width and length by size). Since we don't accept exchanges for incorrect size selection, please measure a shirt you already own and compare it to the chart before choosing.

Our tees are 100% cotton, medium-weight fabric with durable double-needle stitching, built for an oversized streetwear fit that holds up over time.

Production time is 2–5 business days for t-shirts and 2–5 business days for hoodies/sweatshirts before your order even ships.

After production, t-shirts typically arrive within 2–10 business days, and hoodies/sweatshirts within 2–15 business days (US shipping). Total time from order to delivery is roughly 4–15 business days for tees and 4–20 business days for hoodies. All items are made to order, so please allow for this processing window — we're not a mass-stock warehouse, we produce each piece after you order it.

We'll make it right at no cost to you. Email sales@hieraxcollections.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

Orders can only be canceled during a short window before production begins. Once production starts, orders can't be canceled, refunded, or modified — so reach out to sales@hieraxcollections.com right away if you need to cancel.
