How does the fit run?
Hierax pieces are designed with a unisex oversized, boxy fit — dropped shoulders and a relaxed silhouette. If you prefer a more true-to-size look, we recommend sizing down. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.
What size should I order?
Every product page includes a full measurement chart (width and length by size). Since we don't accept exchanges for incorrect size selection, please measure a shirt you already own and compare it to the chart before choosing.
What are your shirts made of?
Our tees are 100% cotton, medium-weight fabric with durable double-needle stitching, built for an oversized streetwear fit that holds up over time.
Shipping
How long until my order arrives?
T-shirts arrive within 4–15 business days of ordering. Hoodies and sweatshirts arrive within 4–20 business days. That window covers everything — we make each piece after you order it, so it includes both production and delivery. We're not a mass-stock warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
As of this time, we only ship to the United States of America.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or personal preference. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We'll make it right at no cost to you. Email sales@hieraxcollections.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled during a short window before production begins. Once production starts, orders can't be canceled, refunded, or modified — so reach out to sales@hieraxcollections.com right away if you need to cancel.

No. Every piece is produced after you order it, so nothing sells out and nothing sits in a warehouse. It's also why the delivery window is longer than a mass-stock brand's.
