Shipping policy
Made to order
Every piece is made after you order it, so delivery has two parts: making it, then shipping it.
- Production: usually 2 to 7 business days.
- Standard delivery in the US: usually 2 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories: allow an extra 7 to 12 business days.
Most orders arrive within about 4 to 12 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, carrier delays, and weather can add time.
Where orders are made
Orders are produced by our fulfillment partners and shipped with third-party carriers such as USPS. Most US orders are printed in the United States, but the production location can vary by item and demand.
Orders with more than one piece
Pieces in the same order can be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items. Orders of $100 or more ship free with standard shipping.
Tracking
You get a tracking email when your order ships. Carriers sometimes deliver to a nearby post office or parcel locker instead of your door.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address before you order. Once production starts we cannot change it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email sales@hieraxcollections.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
