Refund policy

All Hierax Collections products are made to order. Because of this, unfortunately we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason at this time, other than product defects or manufacturing errors.

No Returns or Size Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color choice
  • Design preference
  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.

To report an issue, contact us at sales@hieraxcollections.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Please note:

  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5”) are considered acceptable and are not classified as defects.
  • Slight color differences may occur due to screen and printing variations.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if an order is canceled before it enters production.

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us at sales@hieraxcollections.com as soon as possible after purchase. Orders can only be canceled during a very short window before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Because all items are made to order, refunds are not available after production has started, including for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color choice
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases reported after production begins

If a cancellation is approved before production, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refunds may also be issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors, as outlined in the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section above.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may offer a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
